Hugs from Elks is an
Oceanside Elks project headed by Sandra "Sandee" Murphy and her
volunteers that collect "goodies" and send packages of 150 individual
packets to our servicemen and women in Iraq and Afganistan. http://oceansideelks.org/Hugs.html  The packages are from the Elks Lodge and the members who all send their good cheers and appreciation. One man who from WW I I and is (85) legally blind sorts all of the candy and items that do not require clear sight. Another volunteer also from WW II and Medal of Valor honored also sorts.
